Venting bathroom fan through an exterior wall

I need to install a bathroom fan that would ventilate directly through an exterior wall. From the forum I can see some have done this but I cant find any info on the specific brand/model that is designed for this purpose.  I understand it is less effective than a ceiling fan but another roof penetration is not an option and I am desperate to control the moisture in my house. Please help!!!!

Broan or NuTone make great exhaust fans, both can be found at Homedepot or Lowes. I know Broan sells a Through-the-wall model that is easily found, NuTone has been around forever and sure you could find one of those as well.

Suggestion: watch the moisture/steam in the bath and place the vent centered up high but opposite the doorway if possible. There is no majic to this since every bathroom is different and how people use them unique as well.

Hope this helps.
