Asbestos Tiles in Castro Valley Eichlers?

Hello Everyone:

I'll soon be starting renovation soon on my 1960 Greenridge Castro Valley Eichler. First up is to remove the (most likely original) vinyl floor tiles and get down to concrete floors.

After searching thru the old posts and also on Google, I'm 80% sure that the floors have asbestos. But are there any CV owners out there who have already tested their tiles and can confirm 100%?
