Original color for Kitchen cabinet and slidding door

Hi

I am renovatting my original kitchen which is in decent share. However I need to refresh the slidding door and some glitches on the cabinet. Does anyone knows the closest color reference for both? I am looking for the brown and white references.

Hello,

You have chossen a great combination for both. I just want to say light Gray seems good for the kitchen.
