MCM Neighborhood in NE Sacramento

Does anybody know who designed and/or built the MCM homes in NE Sacramento off of Edison between Watt and Eastern by Mira Loma HS. My new place is on the corner of Edsion and Brownson but most of the homes (a couple dozen) are on Brownson and Sunnyvale. The development was plotted in 1953 but most of the homes were built later, mine was in '59.
