Searching Mistlite glass 92" x 14"

Hi,
We're looking for a mistlite glass panel approx 92" x 14" to replace the right hand panel at our entry way (samle model as the below).   If you have a spare or replacing yours, we'd love to take the old one of your hands!  If you have a supplier or know an available, similar replacement pattern, we'd love to hear from you, too.
