PGE Home Upgrade Rebate Program

Greetings-

I just learned of PGE's Home Upgrade Rebate Program.  See link below.  Rebates of up to $6500 or more that includes replacing windows, adding wall insulation, as well as water and gas upgrades, the list goes on.  Must use one of their "participating contractors".  If any of you have experience with any of PGE's "participating contractors"  who knows and understands Eichlers?  If so please I'd appreciate a referral by sending me a PM.
