Our ‘2025 Directory’ Revisited

Since the release of the Eichler Network's 2025 'Home Maintenance Directory' in May, we've gotten numerous requests for additional copies of the print edition, which was mailed free via USPS to all Bay Area Eichler homes at that time.

Sorry to say, the print copies are all gone. But fret not—the online flip-book of the 'Directory' carries on—and is available at your fingertips.

Screening, recruiting, and maintaining an up-to-date roster of 'Preferred Service Companies' is one of the things we do best. And that saves you valuable time. With years of experience working on mid-century modern homes, the seasoned contractors spotlighted in the annual Directory can be counted on to offer their know-how, competitive rates, and courteous 'service with a smile.'

In order to ensure top-notch service, the Eichler Network vets these companies on their way in to the Network—and then monitors that they maintain good standing—with the Network, the Better Business Bureau, and the Contractors State License Board.

Organized in the Directory by service type, you'll find individual profiles and listings for more than 125 seasoned home-improvement professionals, ranging from air conditioning and heating pros, architectural design, and general contracting to roofing, electrical, fencing and siding, handyman services, and much more.

Within the pages of the full-color, 48-page online flip-book of the 2025 Directory, you'll also find inspiration with 'Story Spotlights,' such as 'How You is Your Eichler?,' featuring conversations with homeowners who personalize their homes with whimsy and imagination.

Many will be interested to know they're following the lead of the late Matt Kahn, "famed designer, Stanford professor, and a man who furnished Eichler model homes and even taught art appreciation to Joe Eichler's staff," writes Eichler Network staff writer Dave Weinstein.

In 'Numero Uno!,' we reveal how an Eichler owner came to the rescue with a line of authentic replacement house-address numbers, making them available once again for purchase.
