termite - tenting vs orange oil

Howdy. I think we have termites, although not 100% sure. in any case, in preparation for perhaps the inevitable, does the orange oil thing work in eichlers, or is tenting the only option?

Before deciding which treatment would be appropriate for your home, I would suggest getting a complete termite inspection to determine the extent of your infestation. Spot treatments are only good in areas where complete access to the infestation is available for treatment. If the infestation is hidden in walls fumigation would be the recommended choice. Also note that an inspection would tell you what type of termites you have ( subterranean or drywooods ) and would recommend the correct treatment.
