Eichler/modernist cottage industries

It seems that people who grew up in Eichlers or live in them now have sometimes been able to use their love of modernism in creating a home business. There is an article on the front page of the San Jose Mercury today (7/23) in the Home and Garden section about a couple that make modernist, Eichler appropriate bedspreads and pillows. The man grew up in an Eichler and is a devoted modernist.
Their products are a refreshing change to the ultra puffy Martha Stewart-look in bedding we see everywhere. Its also refreshing that they actually sew them themselves--by hand.
